1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viral Hook AI ("we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered ad creative generator available at getviralhookai.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

Viral Hook AI generates marketing assets — including hooks, UGC scripts, B-roll ideas, camera angles, captions and hashtags — for short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads and YouTube. Outputs are generated using third-party AI models and are provided "as is".

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page. We may change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

5. Refund policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has started, charges for that cycle will not be refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but you retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing or fraudulent content.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• Promote dangerous activities, misinformation or deceptive marketing.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service or its outputs at scale without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Outputs are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before publishing or relying on it. We make no warranty that outputs are original, fact-checked, compliant with platform policies, or fit for a particular purpose. You assume all risk of using AI-generated content.

8. Ownership of outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate from your own inputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. Because AI outputs may not be unique, similar outputs may be generated for other users.

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or abused the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Hook AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
